In 2009 I was a C#/.NET developer. Since then I've moved closer and closer to infrastructure without letting go of software: today I design cloud architectures, build infrastructure and delivery platforms, develop backend services, and run all of it in production.
That end-to-end view is what helps me make better architectural decisions, make systems more reliable, and build platforms that work for both the applications and the engineers building them.
Along the way I've worked in a software factory, on large accounting and e-invoicing products, on a corporate web framework shared by several products, led the adoption of DevOps and the cloud modernization of 20+ applications, automated infrastructure at scale in the insurance sector and, today, I own the platform of a multi-tenant SaaS — from cross-cloud migration to day-to-day FinOps.
More recently I brought AI-assisted engineering — Claude Code and Codex — into my daily workflow: development, infrastructure as code, troubleshooting, log analysis, code review and cost optimization.
